Baddie of the Month: Contest Rules
1. Organization
This competition is organized by BOCO (hereinafter: the “Organizer”). By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions and to the decisions of the Organizer with regard to this promotion.
2. Participation Conditions
Participation in this promotion is free of charge and open to natural persons aged 18 or older.
To participate validly, the participant must:
- follow BOCO on the relevant social media channel;
- publish their own story, post, or reel in which at least one BOCO product is visibly being worn;
- tag @wearboco;
If the participation takes place via a story, the participant is responsible for saving and, where applicable, submitting a screenshot or other proof of publication.
Multiple entries are permitted, with a maximum of one valid entry per person per calendar day.
BOCO reserves the right to exclude incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate entries.
3. Selection of the Winner
This promotion is a creative competition based on merit and not a game of chance or random draw.
Each month, one winner will be selected by an internal BOCO jury based on, among other things:
- creativity;
- originality;
- visual quality;
- relevance to the brand and the campaign.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process or the outcome.
4. Duration
The promotion runs on a monthly basis. Only entries that are published and correctly submitted between the first and last calendar day of the relevant month will be eligible for that month’s selection.
BOCO reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, not to award a winner for a given month.
5. The Prize
The winner will receive a digital gift voucher equal to the purchase amount of their most recent valid order, with a maximum value of €99.00.
No monetary refund will be issued.
The gift voucher:
- is valid for 1 year from the date of issue;
- is only valid on www.wearboco.com;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- and cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or offers, unless BOCO expressly decides otherwise.
6. Contacting the Winner
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided or via social media.
If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable period, BOCO reserves the right to designate another winner.
7. Rights of BOCO
BOCO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion or these terms and conditions if circumstances so require, including but not limited to force majeure, fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
BOCO also reserves the right to refuse entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions, applicable law, or BOCO’s brand values.
8. Liability
BOCO cannot be held liable for:
- technical malfunctions or defects on social media platforms, websites, or other digital channels;
- the non-visibility or incorrect registration of an entry;
- any costs incurred by participants in connection with their participation;
- loss, incorrect delivery, or misuse of a gift voucher;
- or claims by third parties relating to the content submitted by the participant.
The participant declares that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted content and indemnifies BOCO against any claims by third parties.
9. Use of Content & Privacy
By participating, the participant declares that the submitted content was created by them or that they hold the necessary rights to share it.
The participant grants BOCO a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and share the submitted content for the purposes of its communication and marketing, including social media, website, newsletter, and advertisements.
Personal data collected in the context of this promotion will be processed solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and BOCO’s privacy policy.
