Return Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from BOCO. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Returns
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging.
If a product has been opened, worn, used, damaged (other than due to shipping), or is not in its original condition, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
Non-Accepted Returns
A return request may be declined if:
- The return request is made more than 14 days after receipt of the order.
The products or packaging have been opened, used, worn, or damaged (other than shipping damage).
- The products or packaging are no longer in a condition that allows them to be resold.
- Shipping damage is reported without photographic proof taken on the day the package was received.
If a return is not accepted for one of the reasons above, the customer may choose to:
- Have the item shipped back to them at their own expense; or
- Renounce the goods and terminate the distance selling agreement, in which case the items will not be returned.
Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as adhesive bras, nipple covers, and boob tape) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken after delivery. If the packaging has been opened or the seal broken, the right of return is permanently forfeited.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send an email to info@mail.wearboco.com with your order number and reason for return. (Providing a reason is optional, but helps us improve our service.)
- Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a return label via email.
- Pack the product carefully and use the provided return label to send the package.
Return Costs
A fixed return cost of €3,99 will be charged for each return shipment.
This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.
Refunds
If you return the entire order within the statutory period, we will refund the full order amount including standard shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment (€3,99) are borne by the customer. In the case of a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, however the return cost of €3,99 will be charged.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive a refund within 10 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase (minus the €3,99 return cost).
If 10 working days have passed since confirmation of receipt and inspection and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mail.wearboco.com.

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your current order and place a new order.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
In addition to our standard 14-day return policy, BOCO offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for customers who have purchased, used, and are genuinely dissatisfied with the performance of their product.
Scope and Eligibility
This guarantee applies exclusively to situations where a BOCO product has failed to perform as described — for example, where the product did not hold in place, was not invisible under the outfit, or caused significant discomfort despite correct use and sizing. This guarantee is not a general right of return and does not apply to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product performance.
How to Submit a Claim
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the customer must:
- Contact BOCO customer service at info@mail.wearboco.com within 30 calendar days of receipt of the parcel. This period includes weekends and public holidays and is not limited to working days.
- Receive and complete the official BOCO Money Back Guarantee claim form, which will be provided by our customer service team upon receipt of your inquiry.
- Submit the completed form, including a brief description of the issue and, where possible, supporting photographic evidence.
By signing and submitting the claim form, the customer declares that the information provided is truthful and accurate, and that they are genuinely dissatisfied with the product's performance. Claims submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible under this guarantee.
Right to Refuse
BOCO reserves the right to refuse a refund request under this guarantee in the following circumstances:
- Where BOCO has reasonable grounds to believe that the claim is fraudulent, exaggerated, or submitted with the intent of obtaining a financial benefit to which the customer is not entitled.
- Where the information provided in the claim form is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with the order details.
- Where a customer has previously submitted a claim under this guarantee for the same or a previous order and BOCO has reasonable suspicion of repeat or systematic abuse of this policy.
Legal Notice Regarding False Claims
Submitting a false or fraudulent claim under this guarantee constitutes fraud. BOCO explicitly reserves the right to pursue legal action against any customer found to have submitted knowingly false information in order to obtain a refund. By submitting a claim, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 working days via the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
