1. Rinse
After each wear, gently rinse your bra with cold or lukewarm water to remove any residue.
2. Wash
Clean the bra by hand with mild soap (antibacterial works great!) and warm water. Avoid harsh or moisturizing soaps as they can damage the adhesive layer.
3. Rinse Again
Give the bra another quick rinse to remove all soap residue.
4. Air-Dry
Pat them gently and let the bra air-dry completely adhesive side up.
IMPORTANT: Do not use towels, no soaking, and definitely no blow dryer.

Once they’re dry, reapply the protective film or place the bra in the original packaging to keep the adhesive clean.

How to apply your sticky bra

Start with clean, dry skin
Clean your skin and dry it completely. Avoid lotion, oil or powder on the area where you’ll apply the cups.
2.
Position the cups
Peel off the protective film and keep it for later. Place the cups on your breasts one at a time, with the clasps facing the centre. Gently press each cup onto your skin so it sits smoothly.
3.
Fasten the front clasp
Connect the cups using the front clasp. Check that they sit evenly and feel comfortable. To adjust the position, unfasten the clasp first, then gently peel off the cup.
4.
Check your outfit
Put on your outfit and check that it covers the cups and front clasp. Move around to make sure everything feels comfortable. You’re ready for your look.

What Size Sticky Bra Should You Take?
Use your full, regular bra size: both your band size and your cup size. Your cup size alone isn’t enough to choose the right size.
Here are a few examples from our size chart:
- Do you wear a 70C? Choose A–B.
- Do you wear a 75C? Choose C–D.
- Do you wear an 80C? Choose D–F.
- Do you wear a 75D? Choose D–F.

Will this sticky bra fit under a backless dress or a strapless top?
The adhesive bra has no back band or shoulder straps that might show. Be sure to check that your clothing completely covers the cups, including at the sides and under the arms.
With a deep V-neck, the front closure may be visible. Are you wearing it under a wedding dress? Test the combination during a fitting, including while sitting and moving.

Follow these steps for the best stick:

- Peel off the plastic film from the cups.
