We ship our products within Europe.
Shipping costs & Delivery time
- For shipments in Belgium & the Netherlands, and orders with a value of less than €49, a shipping fee of €4.99 for BE and €6.99 for NL will always be charged.
- For shipments in Europe (outside Be & NL) a shipping fee of €9.99 will always be charged.
- Shipping is free for orders over €49 within Belgium & Netherlands.
Our shipping is handled by various reliable carriers, including Bpost, GLS, PostNL, DHL, and DPD. Depending on your location and availability, we can choose the most suitable carrier.
Processing time
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible.
- Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day.
- In exceptional cases, it may take up to 2 business days for an order to be shipped.
- Most orders are delivered in Belgium within 48 hours.
- Most orders are delivered in the Netherlands within 3 business days.
Tracking
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a track & trace link via email. This allows you to easily track your package from shipment to delivery.
Problems with shipping
If your package is not delivered within 5 working days, arrives damaged, or is lost, please contact us at: info@wearboco.com.
