At BOCO, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the important information about shipping, delivery times, and tracking.
Shipping area
We ship all our products from Europe. This means there are no extra taxes, duties or package handeling costs when ordering within Europe.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Information
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or peak periods.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected European countries only. If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not offer shipping to your location at this time.
Our shipping is handled by various reliable carriers, including Bpost, GLS, PostNL, DHL, and DPD. Depending on your location and availability, we can choose the most suitable carrier.
Processing time
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible.
- Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day.
- In exceptional cases, it may take up to 2 business days for an order to be shipped.
- Most orders are delivered in Belgium within 48 hours.
- Most orders are delivered in the Netherlands within 3 business days.
Tracking
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a track & trace link via email. This allows you to easily track your package from shipment to delivery.
Problems with shipping
