Promotional Contest – Legal Notice (Belgium)
This promotional contest is organized by BOCOWEAR, registered in BELGIUM, with registered office at Park Ter Heide 22, 9070 Destelbergen (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).
This contest is a promotional competition within the meaning of Belgian law and is not a game of chance as defined under the Belgian Act of 7 May 1999 on Games of Chance.
Participation is free of charge and without purchase obligation. Limited to only one participation per person.
Winner Determination
The winner will be selected based on the following criteria:
Participants must answer the tiebreaker question:
“How many unique orders will be placed in the first 7 days after launch?”
The participant who provides the closest correct numerical estimate will be declared the winner.
If multiple participants submit the same closest estimate, the winner among them will be determined based on the timestamp of participation, with priority given to the earliest valid submission.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify participants in case of fraud, abuse, or bad faith.
The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.
Prize Conditions
- The prize consists of one (1) year of free BOCO products, with a maximum total value of €250 per calendar year, redeemable on products only (gift cards are excluded).
- All prize communication and redemption instructions will be conducted exclusively via email on info@mail.wearboco.com.
- The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- The prize must be claimed and redeemed in accordance with the Organizer’s instructions.
Additional Provisions
- The contest is open to participants aged 18 years or older.
- Only one entry per person/email address is permitted.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in case of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
- Belgian law applies to this contest. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
